ORDER CANCELLATIONS
•Once an item has shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.
•Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.
STORE CREDIT ONLY
Approved returns or exchanges (when eligible) will receive store credit only, never cash value.
SHIPPING ACCURACY

2. SEEL RETURN ASSURANCE

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
For orders without Seel Protection, returns for store credit must meet all criteria:
•Return request submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery
•Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition
•All tags, accessories, packaging, and boxes must be included
•Shoes must be returned inside their original shoebox
•Store credit is valid for 1 year
•Customer is responsible for return shipping
•Return shipping fees, original shipping fees, and Return Assurance fees are non-refundable
We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or misuse.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unless protected by Seel Return Assurance, the following items cannot be returned:
•Sale or Final Sale items
•Personalized or customized items (unless the error is ours)
•Intimate / sanitary items
•Health & personal care items
•Downloadable software products
•Used items
•Items not returned in original condition
•Items damaged by customer
•Items returned more than 3 days after delivery

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
You must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery
Email contact@enetrends.com with:
•Order number
•Clear photos/videos of the damage
Qualifying damage includes:
•Item arrived stained
•Item arrived ripped or torn (not after being worn)
•Broken or non-functioning zipper
•Missing buttons
•Customization/personalization error made by us
Color variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.
If approved, we will:
•Provide a prepaid return label
•Allow an exchange for the same item or a different item of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference)
Items worn, used, or damaged after wearing do not qualify.

6. EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for:
•Damaged items
•Incorrect items received
•Approved store credit returns
Exchange requests must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged.

7. MANUAL RETURN AUTHORIZATION (MRA)
For orders without Seel Protection — NOT guaranteed
Some non-Seel orders may qualify for a Manual Return Authorization (MRA) at our discretion.
Processing Timeline
MRA reviews require 30–45 days.
Restocking Fee
Approved MRA returns carry a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, steaming, sizing verification, and quality restoration.
Eligibility Requirements
Item must be:
•Unworn, unused, and unaltered
•Free of stains, odors, or damage
•Returned with all tags and accessories
•Requested within 7 days of delivery
Non-Eligible for MRA
•Incorrect custom measurements
•Custom colors, fabrics, trims, or modified designs
•Worn, altered, or damaged items
•Sale/Final Sale items
All MRA decisions are final. Approval is not guaranteed.

8. GIFT RETURNS
If marked as a gift:
•You will receive store credit for the returned item.
If not marked as a gift:
