I ordered the white suit trimmed in black and it looked great on me! I sent my measurements and they were accurately executed! This suit will forever be a treasure to me because little did I know when I ordered it, that it was for my surprise proposal for marriage!
I ordered this on June 2nd, I am just now getting it on June 28th. With a promise of a custom suit due to a delay. I was simply asked for specific measurements, it’s a bit bigger but manageable. I requested red buttons so it can be a bit different from the others. But I am disappointed to say even with this long wait, I was not given the red buttons, even with a 3 week wait. And the tie is way off! Not even close to any color of the suit. The quality is good. However, just a bit disappointed with the delivery time and the simple things was not done for the price paid.

Nevertheless, we're glad to hear that the size is manageable.
In terms of delivery time, our listings display that the tailoring time may take between 7 and 10 working days and will be shipped out according to your needs. In your case, our records show that your purchase delivery requirement was for July, and while your order was made on the 2nd of June, we only received your measurements on the 7th of June. After that, your suit was made ready and shipped out to you 12 full working days later, on the 19th. Please also note that weekends are not included in the tailoring working days.
Your feedback on the requested red buttons and the incorrect tie color has been noted. We specified in our note to the tailor to add red buttons to your suit, and we sincerely apologize for this oversight. We will definitely raise this issue with our tailor to prevent such errors in the future. As for the tie, it is indeed an add-on item, and we're unsure why the color was not as expected.

This is definitely not a custom fit item we sent in all the measurements we were asked for when we received the suit it would probably fit someone 3 times the size of my 21year old son so know i have a $200.00 suit that I’m hoping someone can do alterations to without making it look too horrible never again. When i called about the sizing i was literally told oh yeah you must have been sent someone else’s suit by accident !!!!! But yet cannot return due to it being custom made

The sizes provided seemed to deviate more than usual for the weight class, 40 chest, 41 waist, weight 178LBS, and a height of 5’7”.
