The material was horrible. It looked as if it was printed at home. 0/10. I paid for the insurance where I could return. That doesn't work either. So I lost $120.69.. I reached out to the owner after letting him know the return website doesn't work.. He stopped responding. Will never use this website again ‼️IF YA KNOW BETTER DO BETTER!
What? Our return process is hands-off, whereby it allows you, the customer, a seamless process of returning by simply inputting your email and claim number, and Seel Assurance contacts you from there to process your claim. We are not directly involved with the return process.
We apologize that you feel this way about your interactions, but hundreds of customers can attest to the fact that we make an effort to treat each customer's issues with care and consideration. Your complaint that no one was paying attention coincided with a weekend holiday, and you lost all patience before anyone could help you further. The type of customer service we provide is almost personal. We will have someone send an email to Seel Assurance on your behalf since you were unable to perform this task without an issue on your own.
