ENE TRENDS — REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ENE Trends. Because many of our items are custom, made-to-order, or limited edition, we maintain firm policies to protect product quality and ensure fairness to all customers. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. GENERAL POLICY

NO REFUNDS — NO EXCEPTIONS

We do not offer refunds of any kind unless a rare exception is granted through our Manual Return Authorization (MRA) process (see Section 7).

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Once an item has shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of purchase.

STORE CREDIT ONLY

Approved returns or exchanges (when eligible) will receive store credit only, never cash value.

SHIPPING ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address.

ENE Trends is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Lost packages

• Non-deliverable addresses

2. SEEL RETURN ASSURANCE

To protect your purchase, we highly recommend adding Seel Return Assurance at checkout (available on eligible items).

If purchased:

• All returns must be submitted through the Seel Return Portal.

• Seel’s policies apply to all approved returns.

If Seel Return Assurance is declined:

• Your order is subject to ENE Trends’ standard return policy.

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-Seel returns.

• Custom items cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.

** TO SAFEGUARD YOUR PURCHASE WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO ADD THE  “ Seel Assurant Return Protection “ TO YOUR PURCHASE IF YOUR ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE, ESPECIALLY ON BRANDED COLLECTIONS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.

If you purchase “ Seel Return Assurance“ for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you decline to purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

For orders without Seel Protection, returns for store credit must meet all criteria:

• Return request submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

• All tags, accessories, packaging, and boxes must be included

• Shoes must be returned inside their original shoebox

• Store credit is valid for 1 year

• Customer is responsible for return shipping

• Return shipping fees, original shipping fees, and Return Assurance fees are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny any return that shows signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or misuse.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless protected by Seel Return Assurance, the following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or Final Sale items

• Personalized or customized items (unless the error is ours)

• Intimate / sanitary items

• Health & personal care items

• Downloadable software products

• Used items

• Items not returned in original condition

• Items damaged by customer

• Items returned more than 3 days after delivery

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery

Email contact@enetrends.com with:

• Order number

• Clear photos/videos of the damage

Qualifying damage includes:

• Item arrived stained

• Item arrived ripped or torn (not after being worn)

• Broken or non-functioning zipper

• Missing buttons

• Customization/personalization error made by us

Color variations due to screen settings or lighting are not considered defects.

If approved, we will:

• Provide a prepaid return label

• Allow an exchange for the same item or a different item of equal or greater value (customer pays the difference)

Items worn, used, or damaged after wearing do not qualify.

6. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items received

• Approved store credit returns

Exchange requests must be made within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged.

7. MANUAL RETURN AUTHORIZATION (MRA)

For orders without Seel Protection — NOT guaranteed

Some non-Seel orders may qualify for a Manual Return Authorization (MRA) at our discretion.

Processing Timeline

MRA reviews require 30–45 days.

Restocking Fee

Approved MRA returns carry a 25% restocking fee to cover inspection, steaming, sizing verification, and quality restoration.

Eligibility Requirements

Item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unaltered

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

• Returned with all tags and accessories

• Requested within 7 days of delivery

Non-Eligible for MRA

• Incorrect custom measurements

• Custom colors, fabrics, trims, or modified designs

• Worn, altered, or damaged items

• Sale/Final Sale items

All MRA decisions are final. Approval is not guaranteed.

8. GIFT RETURNS

If marked as a gift:

• You will receive store credit for the returned item.

If not marked as a gift:

• Store credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

9. SHIPPING RETURNS

Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.

10. PROCESSING TIMES

• Store credit: issued within 3 business days after receiving your return

• Exchanges: up to 4 business weeks

• MRA decisions: 30–45 days
